2018 Racing Goals

The goals for this year are sub 5 hours for the half and sub 10 hours for the full distance and the place in the Silver Category 🙂

I have two planned Ironman races in 2018, Edinburgh 70.3 (again!) and Ironman Italy in September!


I will need to:

Swim (3800m) – in around 60-65min – so the average around 1:35-1:40s per 100m

Bike (180km) – 5h, average 36km/h

Run (42,195m) – 3h30min, average 5min/km


I am not even close to above but I train hard and smart, and I believe that this will be enough 🙂
