Spend a weekend with like-minded people. Together we will have a blast!
You will come back refreshed and relaxed, ready to tackle any obstacles on your way. You will have a chance to learn how to prepare the most delicious smoothie you have ever tried, how to cook natural, fresh and often raw meals, how mindfulness can change your life, when, how and why to exercise. Be a part of the FITNESS SOUL WEEKEND AWAY!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
1. Morning joint mobility & flow

6. Trail Running or Walking
7. Water Sports: paddleboards, kayaks, open water swimming (bring your own equipment or hire at the lake)
Breakfast lunch and dinner. We will be making everything from the scratch from organic, fresh and natural products. You will be involved in making them. The same time you will be learning how to make delicious nourishing meals!!! Please let us know about any food allergies.
